Fusion bond epoxy is a thermosetting coating that is environmentally safe. It is sprayed onto the surface of the pipe /valves /fittings after it is blast cleaned and pre heated as per specification. Thereafter, the epoxy powder melts onto the steel surface and eventually fuses to the pipe, creating a sturdy barrier. Our fusion bonded epoxy powder is a preferred choice over other protective systems because of its multiple advantages. This powder is applied on both the interior and exterior sides of the Pipes/ Valves/Fitting . It obstructs chemicals and moisture and protects the pipe from corrosion.
